This page is dedicated to the companies who have left Horsham - and those who don't want to come. To the thousands of people of all grades who have had to commute elsewhere for jobs, because hundreds of thousands of square feet in the town lie empty.

The number of square feet of premises currently available to let or buy in Horsham is obvious. For just part of the picture, walk around the town, and see the sea of “to let” and “for sale” signs, then go to the web site of any commercial letting agent. Then take your pick!

And do the council know the scale of the situation? Do they monitor the empty space in the town, or the number of jobs here - or, by definition, the numbers of people who are now forced to commute out of town?

They say ..."We do not hold this information .... Sussex Enterprise may be able to assist."

Excuse me? MAY be able to assist? this is a council which has no acountability. One which, by its own admission, fails to measure the results of its own decisions.
